All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
The location is its saving grace—close to the trains and great late-night delivery options! Room service kept us stocked on essentials, but be prepared for the noise. The staff were friendly, though the management experience left much to be desired. Overall, a mixed bag but served its purpose.

Had a fantastic group trip! We loved the clean room and super helpful staff. We checked out a couple of local spots, including the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the nearby subway which made getting around a breeze. Good spot for young travelers. Definitely recommend this place for a fun stay!
One downside was the noise from the street, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

Do recommend for a holiday
Comfortable room, convenient location, the room service was on top of making sure we had towels and new bathroom stuff for the day while being very close to the trains if you know how to figure out your routes.
All was flawless.

Great spot near the train!
We stayed for a night in a smoking king room and it was pretty decent. Location was super convenient, just a short walk to the train, so getting around was a breeze. The staff were friendly, and we even found a nice diner nearby for breakfast. Only thing was the AC was a bit loud at times.

The Standard King Room I stayed in was immaculate and cozy! The bed’s linens felt brand new and the room temperature was just right. Plus, the fridge was a handy touch for late-night snacks!

I found the room clean and nicely maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the walls showed signs of wear, and I noticed some cleanliness issues, such as unwashed shower curtains. It's a decent option for a short stay, especially due to its good location near public transport.

The room was clean and well-decorated, and the staff at check-in were friendly. Enjoyed the convenience of the nearby subway access, making it easy to explore the area. There is off-street parking, which added to the convenience. The local food delivery options were surprisingly good and affordable, with late-night availability. However, navigating the public transport routes can be a bit confusing for first-timers, and the noise from the trains might be an issue for some. The decor, while nice, could benefit from more updates.
